Generally Beautiful but also slightly frustrating

Jumpsuit is generally a beautiful piece, though I would say it runs a bit larger than anticipated. I appreciate that each piece is made to order but there was an issue initially so they had to remake it...which means it took a long time to arrive and I don't have time to exchange for a smaller size or order a different one for the wedding I'm in next weekend. (For context, I'm 5'11" and always order a large but I need to roll the sleeves because they're too long). Also, sadly, as I was threading the sash around the waste, one of the seams ripped a bit. I know this is so common for waste sash loops but was handling with care and honestly expected a bit higher quality for something that is clearly made to order. Kind of disappointing experience so not sure I'll order again.
