SHIPPING

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75, for orders less than, a $7 flat shipping rate is applied.

We use UPS as our shipping provider and ship orders Monday through Friday. All of our products are made to order and expected to ship between 10-20 business days. Please reach out to our customer service team for further details.

Please note that we are only able to ship to a valid street address and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

THE KIT. does not fulfill or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve and a reminder, that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the countries listed below at the following rates:

UK Shipping (flat rate) $25

Canada Shipping (flat rate) $25

Other Countries (flat rate)*$45

Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs and/or taxes applied after shipment unless otherwise specified. If your country is not on the list and you would like to place an order, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@THEKIT.com with a shipping request.

EXCHANGES

 

EXCHANGES FOR US ORDERS

We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.

To exchange an item for a different size or style, simply follow the prompts in our RETURNS & EXCHANGE PORTAL. You will be asked to indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange and once confirmed, an Instant Credit Voucher will be sent to you in a follow-up email that can be immediately used to purchase the new size or style of your choosing.

RETURNS


We offer free returns on all orders of $75 or more within 30 business days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

To return an item, please process your request through our RETURNS PORTAL and simply follow the prompts.

We will respond with a free return shipping label within one business day. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.

Any merchandise that looks worn, washed, broken, is missing tags or receipt will not be refunded. Returns on orders less than $75 are subject to a $7 processing fee.

All sale items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

 


ADDITIONAL FAQ'S

 

1. How will I know if you received my order?

Once you order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address used for the transaction *If you cannot located it, please check your spam folder in the off-chance filters blocked it. In the event that you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@THEKIT.com and we will send you the order details.

 

2. How do I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order yourself but we can of course help you! The order can only be canceled before it has shipped and before our warehouse has started prepaing the order for shipment. After that we cannot guarantee a cancellation. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have requested a cancellation after the order has shipped, you must return it for a refund in order to cancel it. 

All discounted styles are FINAL SALE.

 

3. I’ve added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?

No worries, just email Customer Service at hello@THEKIT.com to change your shipping address! The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address yourself so please confirm your Order Confirmation includes all correct info.

 

4. How do I receive the latest information from THE KIT?
Sign up to our newsletter and we will send you the latest news, drops, collabs and more!

 

5. How do I contact THE KIT customer service team?
Please email us at hello@THEKIT.com and we'll do our absolute best to get back to you within 2 business days! (most likely shorter)

 

6. How do I take care of THE KIT products?
All of our items come with a care label. We strongly recommend following these instructions.

 

7. I no longer want to receive THE KIT newsletters. How do I unsubscribe?
At the bottom of each newsletter you receive from us there is a link to unsubscribe, but we will be sad to see you go.

 

8. How fast will I receive a reply to my inquiry?
We aim to answer all e-mails within two business days, but normally faster than that.

 

9. Will my favorite pieces be restocked?
As we create everything on-demand, we don't carry inventory, which is great because that means nothing is ever out of stock! That being said, to make room for new styles we periodically send designs into the Design Vault so if you have your eye on something don't wait too long as there is a constant rotation of styles.

 

10. I can’t find a certain item on the site?
The best way to request items that are not currently available on the site is to contact our customer service team.
